COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) An information and technology company headquartered in New Jersey is relocating to Texas. Officials say Cognizant will move to College Station in part to draw potential employees from Texas A&M. The company already has 2,000 Texas workers and could have hundreds more within three years.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) Recruits at a South Texas Air Force base where more than two dozen instructors have been convicted of sexual and other abuse are being asked if they've been mistreated. But no additional allegations of wrongdoing have surfaced at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. Recruits started taking the anonymous surveys in October.

PHOENIX (AP) A man on an Austin-to-Phoenix flight is being tested for tuberculosis but health officials say the risk to about 70 other passengers on the plane is low. Other people on the US Airways Express flight on Saturday were kept on the plane while the man put on a medical mask and was removed. He wasn't coughing or sneezing.

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (AP) An Austin attorney is being sentenced on federal racketeering charges in Brownsville. Prosecutors say Marc Rosenthal was one of the lawyers who bribed former state District Judge Abel Limas for favorable decisions.
