DALLAS (AP) Two boys have been charged with first-degree murder after the body of a fellow Wylie East High School student was found in Garland. Police say Ivan Mejia had been killed on a road behind the Wylie school. It's not clear how he died.

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) A jury in Austin today will continue deliberating the future of a woman accused of luring her husband into a bathtub, covering him in gasoline and setting him ablaze. Shriya Patel is facing life in prison without parole if convicted of capital murder in the incident that killed Bimal Patel. Bimal Patel died nearly four months later in a hospital.

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) NSA leaker Edward Snowden will speak via videoconference today at the South By Southwest Interactive Festival. Snowden currently lives in temporary asylum in Moscow. Fugitive WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange spoke at the conference in a similar manner on Saturday. Assange is living in asylum at the Ecuadorean embassy in London.

DALLAS (AP) The Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth has acquired a 17th century work by a Dutch artist considered one of the greatest landscape painters. The museum over the weekend announced the purchase of Jacob van Ruisdael's "Edge of a Forest with a Grainfield" from Oxford University's Worcester College. The college has had the painting since it was donated by an alumnus in 1811.
