MISSION, Texas (AP) The Honduran government tells the Associated Press it condemns the attack by a U.S. Border Patrol agent on three Honduran women and asks for U.S. assistance, protection and compensation for the victims. Agent Esteban Manzanares, who officials say committed suicide early Thursday morning, is accused of driving the three away from the river and assaulting them after they surrendered.
