TOMBALL, Texas (AP) Investigators are seeking the public's help in finding two suspects after a fight left a Tomball theatergoer dead. The Harris County Sheriff's Office has released surveillance images of two men sought after the incident. Authorities believe several friends watched "300: Rise of an Empire" and argued with two other men about the ending.

BEAUMONT, Texas (AP) Two brothers and their sister have been killed in a shooting that police say was the result of a family disturbance. Beaumont police say Joe Hawkins was arrested on an aggravated assault warrant. Police responding to the home found Anthony and Reshowna Hawkins dead in the yard. Darrell Hawkins later died at a hospital.

FARGO, N.D. (AP) A Houston man says he'll plead guilty in a wide-ranging investigation into the synthetic drug deaths of two teens in North Dakota and Minnesota. John Polinski is charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances resulting in serious bodily injury and death. The charge carries a maximum sentence of life in prison.

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) Tea party darling U.S. Senator Ted Cruz is logging some serious face-time in Iowa before most other potential 2016 White House hopefuls. Cruz is scheduled to keynote a Network of Iowa Christian Home Educators' event in Des Moines before heading to Mason City for a GOP fundraiser. Many home school advocates are politically active.
