SAN ANTONIO (AP) Police have arrested a man in connection with a body found partly wrapped with plastic and duct tape in a San Antonio creek last month. An arrest warrant affidavit says Russell McKinley's body showed signs of trauma consistent with strangulation. Allen Fluitt is charged with murder in McKinley's death. Police say more arrests are likely.
