PALESTINE, Ark. (AP) Authorities say a Whitney man was killed when his car crashed into a tractor-trailer that had stopped for traffic in a construction zone on Interstate 40 in eastern Arkansas. Arkansas State Police say the wreck happened yesterday afternoon near Palestine. Dale Bryan was killed. Anna Bryan was injured.

STAFFORD, Texas (AP) Investigators have determined a man fatally shot two siblings at the family's Houston-area house before taking his own life. Authorities believe Fahad Mughal on Tuesday killed Faheem Mughal and Rebecca Mughal before committing suicide. Their mother discovered the bodies.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (AP) A popular place to see fish in Texas will be getting bigger. The Texas State Aquarium has announced a $50 million expansion plan for a wing called Caribbean Journey. Officials say the project completes the final phases of the original master plan. Backers so far have raised about $25 million for the work.
