SAN ANTONIO (AP) San Antonio authorities say officers making a welfare check at a house found a man, woman and teenage girl dead on the floor. Police say the dead man appeared to have been the gunman. A neighbor says the girl's parents had been going through a breakup.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) The HEB supermarket chain is recalling almost 38 tons of fresh beef products. The recal includes some vacuum-sealed packages with sell-by dates of July 4-5. It also includes foam trays of "Beef for Stew" with a sell-by date of June 24th. HEB employees found metal shavings in products on June 10th.

HOUSTON (AP) Federal immigration officials are using George Bush International Airport as a transfer point for an influx of unaccompanied immigrant children. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement says it began using the airport to help with processing the children arriving from the Lower Rio Grande Valley. Those children are then distributed to Health and Human Services Department facilities.

DALLAS (AP) Facebook has permitted a montage of big game trophy photos after it had deleted the individual photos. Facebook says it removes "reported content that promotes poaching of endangered species, the sale of animals for organized fight or content that includes extreme acts of animal abuse." A Facebook spokesman declined to comment why the montage is permitted.
