Houston fugitive charged with murder

HOUSTON - A Houston fugitive arrested in Donna is charged with capital murder.
Houston police along with Donna and San Juan police arrested 20-year-old Neil Mukherjee Thursday.
Mukherjee is accused of killing a woman in her Houston apartment on November 8th.
Police believe he was hiding out in the valley and staying with relatives.
