Investigators Say Missing Lockhart Man Last Seen in Mexico

Investigators say a missing man from Lockhart was last seen in Mexico.
Carl Jonathan Weigand was last seen heading southeast on Mexico Route 2 near Falcon Dam. He was driving a maroon Chevy Blazer.
He's described as a white male in his mid-30s standing 5 foot 9 inches tall and 165 pounds. His family says he was heading to the valley to meet up with friends.
