NUEVO LEON, MEXICO - The number two leader of the Zetas Drug Cartel was arrested during a raid.
Hernandez and the eight members were arrested and are behind bars.
Two police officers, who were standing watch outside the home, were also put arrested for allegedly providing security for the cartels.
Mexican authorities got a tip the Zetas leader Carlos Martinez Hernandez and eight other cartel members were hiding out ina house in Nuevo Leon.
When police raided the home, they found two people who had been kidnapped being held hostage.
During the investigation, authorities found an arsenal of weapons. They found rifles, grenades, and handguns. They also found several kilos of cocaine and marijuana.
