Anxious Gunman Shoots During Holdup

SAN CARLOS - Hidalgo County Sheriff Investigators are looking for two armed men who held up a clerk and a customer in a convenience store.

The holdup happened at a San Carlos convenience store over the holiday weekend and was caught on camera.

In the video you can see one man as he quickly walks in the store and pulls the handgun on the unsuspecting customer.

Seconds later, a second suspect appears in the video and demands money from the store clerk.

During the altercation, the gunman fires his weapon towards the ceiling of the store.

The two are then seen fleeing on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspects remain at large.

No injuries were reported.
