WESLACO - Officials with the National Guard Armory in Weslaco say they're positive no National Guard Troops were on Fort Hood at the time of the shooting.
"We don't have any soldiers training there, as far as I know we don't have any soldiers there for personal reasons, so none of our soldiers are in harms way reguarding that." says Captain Marcos Perez.
Captain Perez says he will work to find out if any soldiers from the Valley were on the base at the time of the shooting.
