Man Accepts Plea Deal in Connection to Beating Death

EDINBURG - A suspected member of the Tri-City Bombers pleaded guilty in connection to the beating death of a man.
Rejino Gonzalez was on trial for murder. Court records show he took a plea deal and pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.
He was sentenced to 10 years in a state prison.
San Juan police say Gonzalez and several other suspects beat Rogelio Pardo Jr. to death last year. His body was found near a dumpster at the Condesa Apartment Complex.
