MCALLEN - The first order of iPads is in at McAllen ISD.
About 140 teachers received their iPads Dec. 2. We first told you about the districts plan to buy the tablets back in November. They plan to purchase about 5,000 iPads.
The devices are for students from kindergarten to high school. No word when the rest of the iPads will arrive.
