BROWNSVILLE - Two men are accused of shooting high-powered weapons at a Brownsville party. Oscar Lamas and Nicolas de Jesus Paz went before a judge today.
Authorities say they got into a fight at a party. The men left, then allegedly returned with an AK-47 and .380 caliber handgun and fired it in the air early Sunday morning.
Investigators say they shouted they were Zetas, which the men denied in court today. Nobody was hurt. During their arrest, authorities found crack cocaine and about 50 pounds of marijuana.
