More Charges for Kidnapping Suspects

BROWNSVILLE - Three people arrested in a smuggling case now face federal charges, officials said Wednesday.
Luciano Romero, Patricia Garcia and San Juana Garcia were initially charged with aggravated kidnapping, smuggling and traffic of a child with intent of forced labor. The three were arrested after a tip led officers to a motel where they held three people against their will.
The three now face charges of transporting and harboring illegal immigrants.
