New BISD Athletic Director Faces Challenges

BROWNSVILLE - T'was the 1st-day of the Mark Guess era as the Brownsville ISD Athletic Director, and the former Brownsville Veterans Memorial head football coach has a big challege in front of him--as in providing stability for a department that hasn't had much stability since the end of the 2011 football season.
