No Charges for Driver who Killed Newspaper Vendor

DONNA - A McAllen Monitor newspaper street vendor was struck and killed by a car early Sunday.
The accident happened near Salinas Blvd. and Expressway 83 in Donna. Police said the newspaper vendor was struck while he crossed the street.
No charges were filed against the driver.
