EDINBURG - It could take several months before investigators determine what led to a deadly accident Thursday at a mill in Edinburg.
Inspectors with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration are at the scene of the incident at Azteca Milling gathering evidence in the case.
They will determine if any safety procedures were violated leading to the death of Oscar Arellano, 21.
Arellano suffocated after he fell into a silo filled with ground corn by product, officials said.
