Parent Wants Harlingen Gym Cooler

HARLINGEN - The City of Harlingen offers local kids a chance to stay active during the summer with various activities. Austin Elementary is hosting a playground program that had one parent concerned. Ismael Conde says the gym has an air conditioning unit, but it hasn't been turned on. Channel 5's Joel Villanueva stepped in to help with this 5 On Your Side report.
