Pedestrian Hit by Truck Released from Hospital

WESLACO - A 17-year-old pedestrian hit by a truck Tuesday has been released from a Weslaco hospital, officials said.
The teenager was hit while crossing the road under the Airport Drive overpass near the Weslaco Police Department.
The driver of the truck involved in the accident stopped to render aid, police said.
No charges are expected in the case, officials said.
