Police Say Men Caught Urinating in Parking Lot Led Them to 54 Pounds of Marijuana

SAN JUAN - Two Mexican nationals arrested and charged with marijuana possession in San Juan.
Vertario Ruiz and Jesus Mendoza are charged with marijuana possession. Police say they were among several men seen urinating in the parking lot of an auto parts store.
That's what originally got the attention of police officers. A K9 unit led officers to 54 pounds of pot hidden in a gas tank.
