PHARR - An extensive refurbishing of PSJA football stadium has plenty of people wondering if work will be completed on schedule. Will the stadium be ready for the first game of the 2012 season? CHANNEL 5's Joel Villanueva reports that the current plan is for football as scheduled with little margin for error.
