PSJA Students to Continue Receiving Free Meals

PHARR - All Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District students will continue to receive free meals in the 2012-2013 school year, regardless of income eligibility, officials said.
Students will receive free breakfast, lunch and after-school snacks. After-school snacks will be provided to students participating in eligible programs. A la carte sales of foods will continue to be available to all students to supplement their meals.
The program is part of the Special Assistance Provision 2.
