BULLS UNCHANGED FOR SEMI-FINAL

Blue Bulls coach Pine Pienaar kept his run-on team unchanged for their Currie Cup semi-final match against the Sharks in Durban on Saturday unchanged.

It is the first time this season that Pienaar could name the same 22 on consecutive weekends.

Nothing that happened during the normal part of the competition will matter on Saturday, Pienaar said.

This will be about 80 minutes and who executes best and it is nice to know that we have some momentum with us, following the return of our Springboks and the way they came into the team.

Blue Bulls team: Zane Kirchner, Akona Ndungane, JJ Engelbrecht, Francois Venter, Bjorn Basson, Morne Steyn, Jano Vermaak, Arno Botha, Jacques Potgieter, Dewald Potgieter (captain), Juandre Kruger, Flip van der Merwe, Werner Kruger, Willie Wepener, Morne Mellett. Replacements: Chiliboy Ralepelle, Frik Kirsten, Wilhelm Steenkamp, CJ Stander, Francois Hougaard, Louis Fouche, Dean Greyling.
