BROWNSVILLE - TABC expects to file administrative sanctions against a Lower Valley bar where a fatal stabbing happened.

Agents started talking to Brownsville police on Tuesday about the crime that occurred at the Upside Down Bar early Sunday morning. Twenty-two-year-old Ever Garcia Salinas died after he was attacked inside the location.

Police have a warrant for 31-year-old Gustavo Guerrero. They say he stabbed him and left the club.

TABC has investigated the bar in the past for other violence and serving of underage minors. We are told they will face either a suspension of their license or even a cancellation of the permit for the business.
