Second Alamo Kidnapping Suspect Identified

ALAMO - Police have identified the second suspect in a kidnapping case. The name hasn't been released, but Sgt. Lupita Valdez of the Alamo Police Department said they're working to make an arrest.
Police say two men forced a woman into an SUV. It happened at the gas pumps at the Alamo Wal-Mart around 8:40 a.m. Thursday. The victim told police the men asked for directions and then forced her into her car.
The victim managed to escape a short time later. We're told the main suspect, Joshua Arteaga, admitted to using prescription drugs.
The suspects are also linked to another crime in Donna.
