Second Arrest Made in Deadly Rollover Case

BROWNSVILLE - Police arrested another man in connection with a deadly rollover in Brownsville. Juan Jose Cruz is facing human smuggling charges.
The 29-year-old was arrested this weekend, after a traffic stop. He's a suspect in the October 15 rollover that killed two illegal immigrants. The driver of the vehicle is already facing charges.
