BRYAN, Texas (AP) — A temporary injunction bars an ex-director of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Bryan from teaming with an anti-abortion group to release her work records.

Abby Johnson said Monday that she never planned to release the records.

The Brazos Valley Coalition for Life recently moved its headquarters several hundred feet away from the clinic.

A hearing is set for next Tuesday in state district court.

Coalition Director Shawn Carney told the Bryan-College Station Eagle that there was not a campaign to reveal private information. He said Planned Parenthood's actions were unnecessary and an overreaction.

Lawyers for Planned Parenthood say Johnson was seen copying confidential personnel files and possibly other documents in the days before she resigned Oct. 6.
