WESLACO - A double-digit amount of Valley standout athletes signed college national letters of intent on Friday. At Edinburg High School, Lady Bobcats runner Stephanie Vazquez signed to compete at the NCAA Division I level--to run track and cross-country at UTPA. At Harlingen South, four athletes signed college letters: Isaac Garcia and Zach Garcia with Schreiner University soccer, Danidson Frazer with Southwest Assemblies of God soccer, and baseball standout Jesse Lillard with Aurora University of Illinois. And, at Valley View, powerlifters Miguel Galvan and Miguel Pena put pen to paper, and signed with the University of Houston-Downtown.
