WESLACO - For the 2nd-straight day, Wiley College--an NAIA school in northeast Texas--got multi-sigantures from Valley high school soccer standouts on national letters of intent. At Porter, six Cowboys signed letters: Stephanie Castillo, Javier Rangel, Francisco Limas, Jose Luis Garcia, Luciano Cruz, and Omar Lara. At Hanna, three more signed with Wiley: Luis Rocha, Alexis Cantu and Eduardo Arevalo. And at San Benito, Irma Rojas also put pen to paper to play at Wiley.
