Traffic Stop Yields Drug Load

CAMERON COUNTY - A traffic stop and chase yielded more than 1,300 pounds of marijuana Friday in Cameron County.
Authorities found the marijuana in the back of a commercial van. The drugs are worth more than $300,000, officials said.
Noe Villacana of Mercedes was arrested after leading police on a short chase. He is accused of evading arrest and possession of marijuana.
