SAN ANTONIO (AP) San Antonio police say a roadway has been closed after an 18-wheeler hauling oil-field waste lost control, spilling a load of "drilling mud" across all lanes.

The accident happened late Sunday morning. Police tell KENS-TV (http://bit.ly/1nlpthG ) the accident could affect traffic for the next day or two.

Damage to the roadway has all lanes on Loop 410 between I-35 and Somerset closed. Police say the spill damaged the roadway so badly the surface might have to be completely replaced.

The driver was not injured in the accident.
