Two Valley Girls Basketball Standouts Sign College Letters

WESLACO - Two more Valley basketball standouts signed on to play college ball. PSJA's Lisa Mancillas put pen to paper and signed a national letter of intent with Concordia University--an NCAA Division III school in Austin. Plus, Hidalgo's Nelly Flores also signed a national letter of intent--as she signed with Our Lady of the Lake.
