PROGRESO - Not every gold medal awarded by the University Interscholastic League is the result of athletic achievement. The UIL is the govening body for all extra-curricular activities for Texas high schools. CHANNEL 5's Joel Villanueva reports from Progreso about one student's efforts to achieve gold.
