Wal-Mart Robbery Suspect Identified

MCALLEN - McAllen police are looking for a man considered armed and dangerous. Aaron Solorzano is wanted in connection with the robbery at the Wal-Mart on East Jackson Sunday night.
He was last seen in Donna and may have crossed into Nuevo Progreso. Police tell us Solorzano went into the Wal-Mart just before midnight on Saturday. He filled up his cart and allegedly tried to leave without paying.
The loss prevention officer and another person tried to stop him. A struggle started in the parking lot. The loss prevention officer was shot in the hand. The second person's hand was cut. Both are expected to be fine.
