EDINBURG - There are very few 53-year old men that would ever attempt playing professional baseball at any level. Former major leaguer Tony Phillips is one of those men. Phillips has been in the Valley less than a week after signing with the Edinburg Roadrunners of the North American League. So why here? Why at all? CHANNEL 5's Vince Erickson explains.
