McALLEN - Strong winds forced a commercial flight to abort a landing Monday at McAllen Miller International Airport.
A United Airlines jet was approaching the runway when a strong gust of wind forced the pilot to do a pass over the airport.
The flight landed safely after circling over the airport for a few minutes.
