BROWNSVILLE - Residents of a Brownsville neighborhood are happy that a property they had complained about has finally been cleaned.

Municipal workers went to the property on Purdue Street to clean up the mess. A fire damaged the home on the lot two weeks ago.

Residents complained about the property's overgrown grass. City officials opened a case against the owner for code violations. The property has since been condemned.
