Joe Augustine
Joe Augustine joined the CHANNEL 5 NEWS team in July 2011. A lifelong Midwesterner, he had never even been to Texas until he interviewed for the job!
Joe grew up in Wisconsin, graduated from the University of Iowa, and started his career at WOI-DT in Des Moines, IA before coming to the Valley.
He enjoys hustling for stories every day and covering the issues that matter most to the folks in the Valley.
Joe is still getting used to the heat, but knows he'll be laughing when his friends in the Midwest are shoveling their driveways this winter.
Joe loves watching college football. You'll probably see him wearing his Iowa Hawkeye gear in the fall.
