Vince Erickson
Vince brings a wealth of experience to the KRGV sports desk. He's spent the last sixteen years as a sports director. His career started twenty one years ago in Joplin, Missouri.
During his career, Vince has covered three college football national championship games, the 2003 Rose Bowl, the 1994 and 2004 Cotton Bowls, the 2006 Holiday Bowl, the 1999 Independence Bowl, the Final Four, a College Baseball World Series, a College Softball World Series, NBA Finals, the Dallas Cowboys 1993 Super Bowl season, a PGA Senior Major, and many high school state championships.
His philosophy is "make it informative, make it fun, and make it worth the viewers' time." Vince, his wife, Mary, daughter, Malia, and their two dogs and cat are excited to be calling the Valley home.
