Most of these health inspections are routine, but some are the result of complaints.
How to read the inspection reports
- OUT = out of compliance
- IN = in compliance
- NA = not applicable
- NO = not observed
- COS = corrected on site
- F/U = follow-up
Risk categories
- High
- Medium
- HSP - Highly susceptible population (This includes preschool age children and older adults. The category covers places such as health care centers, assisted living, day care centers, hospitals and nursing homes.)
- HACCP - Hazard analysis critical control point (This is for facilities with specialized processes like vacuum packaging of foods, such as beef jerky.)
