Arrest Warrant Issued for Sex Offender Living in RGV

MCALLEN – McAllen police are searching for a suspect who failed to register as a sex offender.

Cruz Sanchez, 38, is required by law to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

Sanchez was convicted of predatory criminal sexual assault in Illinois and is reportedly living in the Rio Grande Valley.

Police said they have already issued a warrant for his arrest.

Sanchez is described as being five feet, eight inches tall, weighs about 200 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
