SUV Loaded with Drugs Seized after Multi-Agency Pursuit

NEAR PENITAS – Multiple agencies seized a vehicle loaded with drugs after a pursuit south of Penitas.

The chase ended Tuesday morning on the river south of Military Road. 

The Department of Public Safety said all the suspects inside the vehicle fled back to Mexico.

The SUV and the narcotics were confiscated.

We’re told the case remains under investigation by the DPS Criminal Investigations Division.
