PHARR - Baseball teams in 31-6A are chasing Vela for the district lead.  On Thursday, neighborhood rivals PSJA and PSJA North battled for the opportunity to stay in 2nd place, just off the top of the standings.  CHANNEL 5's Joel Villanueva calls the highlights.
