FEMA Warns Public Against Impostors

WESLACO – The Federal Emergency Management Agency is warning flood victims to watch for impostors.

The agency says after a disaster there’s always a spike of identity thieves and other criminals that attempt to take advantage of others.

An employee will always carry properly labeled identifications and will show up only by appointment. If you see anything suspicious, call your local authorities.
