HARLINGEN - Authorities are investigating a fire that broke out on a Homeland Security bus.
It happened this morning while the bus was traveling on Expressway 83 near the Ed Carey Drive exit in Harlingen.
No word if any passengers were on board or what caused the fire.... more »
