EDINBURG - Campus police at the University of Texas Pan American arrested a fourth person in connection to a student's kidnapping. The abduction happened last month on campus.
We're told the suspect arrested is a 36-year-old woman from Hidalgo. She's facing aggravated kidnapping charges.
