HIDALGO COUNTY - A water main break at Alamo's water plant has left 5,000 customers with low water pressure.
Alamo City Manager Luciano Ozuna said the break likely happened when a 20-inch pipe became loose Tuesday night.
Ozuna said the problem generally would be fixed quickly, but
