CAMERON COUNTY - A Rio Grande Valley community will not get the flood prevention they hoped for until an arson investigation is complete.
Officials planned a preemptive burn for the Tio Cano Lake wildlife refuge north of La Feria. The burn would allow the wetland to better hold flood
